Before you begin:
Welcome to Zazu Internet email facility! We trust that you will enjoy communicating to the whole world instantly through your Zazu email! This document is intended to help you create an email account. It is written for first time users, but will prove helpful for computer fundies as a quick guide. If at any time you struggle, do not hesitate to phone our Helpdesk.
E-mail in general:
Email works through the Internet, thus you must have a working Internet connection. For information on creating an Internet connection, please refer to relevant Internet setup documentation for your operating systems, such as Windows. Also, if your Internet does not work properly, your email will not work properly.
Please Note that you will have an Internet username and
password and a separate email username and password, for example you might have
an Internet username such as john@zazu.co.za and an email username such as mymail@zazu.co.za This is required so that the email computer, called a server, can identify you and know which mail to send to you. The password is required so that nobody else will be able to download your email, as you should keep the password secret.

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.zazu.co.za
Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.zazu.co.za
Mail Programs:
Eudora Mail Light Version 4 & 5, Outlook Express, 97, 2000 & 2002, Pegasus, Netscape Messenger.
